10% discount is available for returning guests, all active duty and/or retired members of the U.S. military, and all active members of AAA and/or AARP.

7th night free is available for any reservation that is a week (or longer); every 7th night is free!

A single night's rental may be reserved up to 7 days prior to the date you desire to arrive at Morgan Mountain Retreat... i.e., we don't reserve a single night's rental more than a week in advance .

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS: Reservations require a $100 reservation/damage deposit (at the time the reservation is made) for each week or portion of a week reserved. 

PETS: With prior approval, you can bring a pet; we will charge you $25.00 per pet per week or portion of a week. There is also an additional $100.00 cleaning/damage deposit for each week or portion of a week. Assuming there is no damage... and no extra cleaning involved because of your pet, your entire pet deposit will be returned.

Your MASTER CARD or VISA CARD will be charged the balance of the rental payment (plus tax) and any applicable pet-related cleaning/damage deposit, approximately 10 days in advance of the dates reserved. 

CANCELLATIONS: must be made not less than 3 weeks in advance of your scheduled rental date in order to receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee.

CHECK IN: Monday thru Saturday after 4 pm (unless other arrangements are made). Sunday after 5pm (unless other arrangements are made). Note: if we don't have guests immediately before your occupancy, we can probably accommodate your request for an earlier check-in.

CHECK OUT: by 11am (unless other arrangements are made). Note: if we don't have guests immediately after your occupancy, we can probably accommodate your request for a later check-out.
